The civil chamber of the Dakar Hors Class Court heavily condemned the National Agency for Early Childhood and the Box of Toddlers for unpaid rents, according to information from Liberation.
The director Thérèse Faye must pay Serigne Thiam the sum of 28,414,781 FCFA in return for rents and costs of repairing the premises. It will have to pay the complainant 1,000,000 FCFA as damages.
