No marriage in the documentary, no sleeping with Monique in Berkel en Rodenrijs: it’s a mess and it will stay that way. Anyone who had bothered to visit the place last weekend, after the voices had honked, could have seen with their own eyes that André was at Rachel’s house every day and slept there too. He only spent the night from Sunday to Monday with his cousin and best friend Djarno, because Rachel also slept elsewhere; André is still vulnerable after his emotional exhaustion and overcoming addictions, and therefore prefers to be in the direct environment of those with whom he can be completely himself.
The greatest love
Meanwhile, a relaxed André proves to be the ideal father, often being present for his son Dré. André has enjoyed his last days as a dad up to the apple of his eye, which he normally sees two days a week. But even in those days André simply sleeps at home in Mijdrecht. Of course, it is not excluded that André and Monique may want to try again in the future – the singer has also honestly indicated this in the documentary with the necessary outstanding issues. For the moment, however, this is not the case. André currently has only one true greater love, and it’s his son Dré!
