“There is an emergency”: the State releases 47 million euros to save the condominiums of Sarcelles

Halt the spiral of impoverishment and degradation of the condominiums of Sarcelles, fight against the slum landlords who take advantage of the situation: this is the whole issue of the Orcod convention signed in particular by the prefect and the mayor of Sarcelles on 21 July. This operation to requalify condominiums in difficulty will result in 47 million euros in subsidies which will be paid by the State over the next seven years to bring the common areas of the condominiums up to standard.
