Week 23 of the quarantine in the country ends with encouraging news for Zulia: from this on Monday, August 24, the entity – “confined” since March 16 – enters the flexibility level for the first time wide.
This was announced by Vice President Delcy Rodríguez, on the afternoon of this 23-A. She said that President Nicolás Maduro, after meeting with the commission on covid-19 that she heads, agreed to maintain three levels of operation as of Monday 24:
LEVEL 1: Border municipalities of Táchira, Zulia, Apure and Bolívar remain in radical quarantine
LEVEL 2: Partial flexibility where 10 sectors of the economy will work will be for the Distrto Capital, Miranda and La Guaira.
LEVEL 3: Broad flexibility includes 21 states, such as Zulia, Apure, Bolívar, Mérida, Monagas, Guárico, Carabobo, Cojedes, Aragua, Sucre, Nueva Esparta, Anzoátegui, Trujillo, Táchira, Portuguesa, Lara, Delta Amacuro, Falcón and Barinas . 24 sectors of economic life are incorporated into these entities, starting from this 24-A.
