Travis Ludlow on the Guinness Book of Records certificate

Travis Ludlow, 18, became the youngest person in the world to single-handedly circumnavigate the world in a single-engine aircraft.

Briton Travis Ludlow got into the Guinness Book of Records, flying around the globe in a light aircraft in 44 days. On Tuesday, July 14, he landed in the Netherlands, TSN reported.

It is noted that the 18-year-old Ludlow traveled more than 40 thousand kilometers and became the youngest person in the world who made a single-handed trip around the world.

The previous record holder was 13 days older than Travis.

In total, the young man made about 60 stops in nine countries of the world.

Despite his age, the Briton has a lot of experience in flying: he first took the helm in his hands at the age of 12, and two years later he became the youngest glider pilot in the country.

Earlier it was reported that Kharkiv residents Alexander Kudlai and Victoria Pustovitova lived chained for 123 days… The Book of Records of Ukraine stated that their achievement has no analogues in the world.
