The World Health Organization (WHO) has announced the latest update of new cases of infection with the Crohna virus in the Eastern Mediterranean Region until Tuesday evening.
The World Health Organization stated that one case was monitored in Afghanistan, 21 cases in the United Arab Emirates, and Jordan one case, and Iran, injuries rose to 2336 cases, 77 of whom died, and in Pakistan 5 cases.
The organization added that the number of cases in Bahrain reached 49 cases, in Tunisia one case, Oman 12 cases, in Iraq 26 cases, and in Qatar 8 cases, while the injuries rose in Kuwait to 56 cases, in Lebanon the injuries reached 13 cases, while the organization repelled two cases Injury in Egypt.
The director of the WHO office in Cairo, Dr. John Jabbour, met the representatives of 12 embassies in Egypt to brief them on the current situation to cope with the spread of the new Corona virus in the country.
The meeting was attended by representatives of embassies: Mexico, Cuba, Chile, Peru, Panama, Brazil, Ecuador, Argentina, Venezuela, Slovenia, South Korea and Japan.
