Every job can have hidden dangers. There has already been a terrorist incident in the United States when a male worker accidentally fell into an iron furnace on his ninth day of work and was “instantly incinerated” until death. In response, the US Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration recently released an investigation report, claiming that the incident was “preventable.”

According to the “Kansas City Star” report, the incident occurred at a foundry in Mapleton, Illinois, where a 39-year-old worker accidentally fell into the furnace while extracting pieces of iron from the furnace, causing it to be incinerated instantly. The news of his death caused a stir in the outside world.
Coroner Harwood pointed out that the furnace temperature was at least 1093 degrees Celsius at the time and the furnace had to cool down for several hours after the incident before personnel could find the man’s remains in the furnace.
The US Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration recently released an investigation report into the incident in which well-known large-scale machinery manufacturer “Kai Kai Heavy Industry” failed to carry out a good job in occupational safety protection, resulting in the death of employees, for which she was fined $ 145,027 (approximately $ 4,566 million in Taiwan).
