The Poitiers administrative court dismissed the resident of his claims.
The Poitiers administrative court rejected the request of Louis Villatte de Peufeuilhoux, a resident of the site of the multidisciplinary health center located on boulevard de la Perche, in Royan. The judge considered that the person concerned was not justified in requesting the cancellation of the various building permit decrees in favor of Habitat 17.
The court judge ordered the suspension of work in January 2020. A decision that followed an appeal filed by the owner of an apartment, immediate neighbor of the project supported by the City of Royan. Theoretically, the work of the Health Center can therefore resume.
