We have recently known that season 10 finale of The Walking Dead will be released later due to coronavirus, which means that Maggie may well return later than expected in the series. Indeed it is “at the end of the season” that the latter must return according to Angela Kang, and therefore possibly in the last episode. Anyway, we already know that she will have trouble recognizing the community that she left behind. leaving during the 6-year time jump that followed the disappearance of Rick Grimes. When Maggie leaves Georgie to find her original group, she risks being shocked by the number of people who died during her absence.
The arrival of the Whisperers and Alpha marked the death of Jesus, Enid, Henry, Tara, Siddiq and many others. Now we know that Maggie was particularly close to Jesus, Enid and Tara with whom she lived at Hilltop. Learning of their death will therefore be a particularly difficult moment, not to mention Michonne’s departure, which Maggie will not see again in the season 10 of The Walking Dead. Hilltop was also destroyed by the Whisperers fire, so Maggie may have to settle in Alexandria. Another major change comes from the new survivors who have integrated into the community and in particular the group of Magna, Yumiko, Luke, Connie and Kelly. Finally Maggie could quickly have to get to know, like the others, with another community if Eugene and Stephanie form a lasting relationship. In short, a lot of changes and a series that no longer has the same face, all the more reason to welcome the return of Maggie who is part of The Walking Dead since season 2.
