the VYV Festival will take place this year and unveils the program for its second edition

After the cancellation of the festival in 2020 and then a more than eventful and uncertain year, the organization of the VYV Festival has made the choice of optimism. The second edition of the VYV Festival in Dijon (Côte-d’Or) will take place from September 2 to 5, an announcement unveiled this Wednesday, May 19, 2021. An event which is resolutely turned towards social commitment, innovation and solidarity and which explains reinventing itself while respecting the constraints of the moment, with a new format spread over 4 days around a unique scene in the heart of nature.

The festival was initially scheduled for two days, June 12 and 13, before a postponement, because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The programming of the second edition

Without forgetting, with the poster of this second edition, the pop genius Sébastien Tellier, the charm of Benjamin Biolay, the unpredictable beatmaker Vladimir Cauchemar and of course the collective IAM, Marseille legend of hip-hop with 30 years of career and of commitment.

Manage my choices

For the moment, a gauge of 5,000 people seated max

To attend this festival, you will obviously have to present a health pass, adopted by the deputies on the night of Tuesday 11 to Wednesday 12 May. Only 5,000 seated people will be able to attend the concerts every day, a gauge set by the government at the beginning of May.. But the festival management is not dogmatic on the subject, and is ready to change this protocol if the health situation continues to improve in Côte-d’Or and France.

According to the latest data from Public Health France, published on Tuesday, May 18, 4,015 people are in intensive care because of Covid-19 in France against 4,743 last week.
