The musical show allows elderly people to fulfill their dreams from the past and show their vocal talent in front of thousands of viewers. The evaluation of gifted participants is assessed by the jury: Izabela Trojanowska, Alicja Majewska, Andrzej Piaseczny and Witold Paszt.

In the Saturday episode of “The Voice Senior”, the hearts of the jurors were stolen by Teresa Kuczer from Przemyśl, whose performance began with telling a childhood story. The woman fondly remembered her parents, describing them with the words “mummy” and “daddy”. Music has always prevailed in her house. Mom sang and father played the accordion and the violin. He died when she was eleven. After the death of her husband, the mother of several children received only a small pension and could not cope financially. A year later, Teresa and her siblings were taken from her mother and returned home child. She loved her children very much and visited them often, bringing an accordion with her. Teresa learned to play it at the age of 12. She dreamed of getting married and creating a happy family. She was faced with a difficult choice: she could devote herself to music or fulfill her dream of a normal home. Ultimately, she never found the right moment to take up her passion seriously. She sang on and off for a total of 50 years. Her time had finally come. In “The Voice Senior” she performed the song by Katarzyna Sobczyk “Don’t worry about me”. Izabela Trojanowska was the only one who turned around during the performance.

There was real happiness on your face and this is proof that this program has the right to exist – said Andrzej Piaseczny.

The relatives of the participants mentioned that the woman is extremely happy, because after many years she had the opportunity to fulfill her dreams from her youth. They were really proud of her.
