Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has already lost the war against Ukraine and will never achieve his goals because Ukrainians will defend their land to the death.
This was stated in an interview by the head of the Republican wing of the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Jim Rish, writes PE.
He said Ukrainians have already amazed the whole world with their determination to defend their independence. The senator is sure that Putin has already lost the war and is looking for an opportunity to get out of all this.
Rish expressed the view that the war would continue for some time.
The senator added that currently Western countries should help Ukrainians protect the sky above the country, since Russians have already lost in duels on the ground.
