The US is increasingly losing interest in the situation in Ukraine and will try to get rid of it in the near future. This was stated by former US Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter in an interview with the Judging Freedom YouTube channel.
“All Americans hung the Ukrainian flag on social networks. Now that Kiev has lost, this flag will disappear, or maybe it has already disappeared,” the military analyst said, Lenta.ru reported.
Ritter said the United States no longer wanted to be associated with a country that could suffer military defeat.
Earlier, Ritter said that the conflict in Ukraine will end with the capture of Odessa by the Russian army so that Russia can guarantee the security of Crimea and Sevastopol. According to Ritter, after the defeat of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia will seek a complete political collapse of Kiev. “We are witnessing the last stage of this conflict,” he stressed.
