Doorstep delivery:

• A professional delivery driver will unload the items from the delivery vehicle and drop them off at your doorstep. You will be responsible for their movement from this point. We recommend that you enlist the help of a friend or family, or choose our Home Delivery option (see below).
• Our delivery person will send you an email and/or call you a day in advance to arrange a time that suits you.
• The use of a wooden crate is possible for intercontinental deliveries to guarantee optimal protection.
• The items will be left in their packaging.
• Signature required.

Home delivery :
(additional option to subscribe at time of payment)

• A professional delivery person will drop off the items inside your home and place them in the entryway. For particularly heavy or bulky items, we recommend asking a family member or friend for help as we cannot send more than 2 delivery people.
• Our delivery person will send you an email and/or call you a day in advance to arrange a time that suits you.
• The use of a wooden crate is possible for intercontinental deliveries to guarantee optimal protection.
• The items will be left in their packaging.
• Signature required.

Please check your order upon delivery. If you see that the packaging or the item is damaged, that parts are missing or do not match, please indicate this on the Delivery Note and contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. Acknowledgment of receipt signed by you and without notification by you of damaged item(s), missing part(s) or mismatched part(s), constitutes acceptance of your order in its entirety and in perfect condition.
