Koundé at Chelsea, it’s burning
On Tuesday, the Spanish press announced a first official offer from Chelsea for Jules Kounde. This Wednesday, Sky Sport Italia reveals that the Blues are in the process of “conclude negotiationswith Sevilla FC. Koundé, 23, should go to London for nearly €50 million, not to mention any bonuses. The French defender and international has long agreed with Chelsea: he would have already joined last year if Sevilla had not blocked his transfer at the last moment. If this is confirmed, it will be a small blow for Barça, who have long courted Koundé.

Mukiele close to PSG
