The building will have catering areas, 360º viewpoints and a boutique hotel, while the Dubai Creek Harbor complex will have 200,000 homes, almost one million m2 dedicated to retail, an area reserved for 450 animal species, as well as 700,000 m2 intended for parks and open spaces.
