The moment was caught on video circulating on social media. Fadil who entered the room was immediately greeted by Sambo. The two then shook hands and hugged.
When hugging Sambo’s face looks sad. Fadil then hugged Sambo with both hands and patted the back of the two-star National Police general. Fadil also kissed Sambo’s forehead and hugged him tightly again.

A number of media reported that the meeting between Fadil and Sambo took place on July 13.
Fadil confirmed the moment of meeting with Sambo.
“I give support to my sister Sambo, to be strong in facing this ordeal. This is not easy and can happen to anyone,” Fadil said when confirmed by reporters, Thursday (14/7).
Ferdy Sambo became the public spotlight after the shooting incident at his residence in Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, Friday (8/7).
In that incident Brigadier J and Bharada E were said to have been involved in a shootout. Brigadier J was killed.
An interim version of the police, the shootout occurred because Brigadier J harassed Ferdy Sambo’s wife. Prior to the shootout, Brigadier J was said to have entered Sambo’s wife’s room and attempted to harass her.
Still the police version, Sambo’s wife, who realized the abuse, then reprimanded Brigadier J, but was repaid with yells and at gunpoint. Sambo’s wife shouted, prompting Bharada E to rush over to check.
However, when asked by Bharada E, Brigadier J was said to have opened fire, resulting in a shootout that resulted in the death of Brigadier J.
Ferdy Sambo is said to be not at home when the incident occurred. This case was also revealed by the police three days later or Monday (11/7).
Brigadier J’s family did not accept the police version of the story. The family sniffed out irregularities in this case because they found many cuts on the body and face of Brigadier J.
The family also questioned the CCTV which was not disclosed to the public. According to the police version, the CCTV at Ferdy Sambo’s house was broken for a long time.
National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo formed a special team to thoroughly investigate this case.
