The alleged perpetrator of the attack at the knife that has killed threeon Saturday night, in a park in Reading, west of London, had already attracted attention in 2019 of british intelligence, the MI5, according to information of the british public channel BBC on Sunday, which cited sources of security. Three people died and three others were seriously injured.

The alleged offender was still in custody Sunday. The police did not specify his identity, while the british media say that it is of Khairi Saadallah, 25 years old, and put her mental health at issue.

The man was suspected of trying to travel to Syria, possibly to join a terrorist group. British intelligence, however, have not found trace of any threat and the investigation has been closed.

The investigators believe that the perpetrator acted alone, and the act is regarded as a terrorist.
