The “survival backpack” should contain energy bars and a water filter bottle

One of the most important pieces of equipment in your “survival backpack” should be a water filtering bottle with a spare filter. A former GROM officer noted that “water is of course the basis, it is much more important than food.” Andrzej Kruczyński added that it is, of course, also worth purchasing appropriate food. The expert said that energy bars would be a good choice as they have a long shelf life and provide the body with the necessary nutrients.

It is also worth putting in your “survival backpack”:

• battery operated radio;

• protective masks;
