Bonding is the merging of the mother’s body with the child before it is washed. But the decision about the child is no longer made by the obstetrician who promised bonding, but by the pediatrician. Most mothers don’t understand that.

Bonding is sought after in obstetrics, it is about the fact that the mother after giving birth is attached to her bare body with a newly born, unwashed baby. They both eat together, wrapped in warm blankets, so they don’t get cold, as long as they both can stand it.

New methods. Why not accommodate mothers in their schedules that require births. Maternity hospitals are ready and will promise anything in the hunt for points from insurance companies. That is, the heads of these maternity hospitals. But sometimes it happens that the situation is not favorable. Something gets complicated, the mother is already caught in a web of promises fulfilled wishes on the verge of possibilities. There will be a birth, which will be led by a regular doctor – a gynecologist, responsible for the course of the birth. She didn’t promise anything, she didn’t lure anyone into unrealistic visions, she is only responsible for the successful birth she leads. Another thing that many ordinary people cannot understand is that the obstetrician leads the birth, the pediatrician takes care of the baby. If the pediatrician expresses doubts about the health of the newborn and performs a long examination, the doctor who led the delivery is definitely not to blame.

The actress must realize that she only played some kind of role from a medical environment and she has no idea about the very mechanism of childbirth, the process of caring for the mother and the child.

But most mothers have no idea about this. They don’t even understand that they are subsequently cared for by nurses and doctors from a different department than their baby. Everyone is subject to their primacy and everyone does what they can. The obstetrician promises mountains and valleys, but the pediatrician is responsible for his own. If he suspects complications in the newborn, he cannot leave him to the mother, whether with or without a hole in the belly, to stick with him in one cell for two hours, for example. What if the baby’s heart stopped beating? The doctor who swore to the mother, who by the way sees nothing but points from the insurance company, that the bonding will happen no matter what happens, will not go to court. If the baby dies, the pediatrician who promised nothing and was thrown into the lion’s den is responsible. The mother doesn’t even know that her child is being examined by a doctor from another department, she doesn’t understand the division of roles, she can only get primitively angry at the failure to keep promises. Still, there is a fault in the device. It should be explained to mothers that once the baby is outside their body, the obstetrician is not responsible for it, but someone else entirely. The doctor from another primary care, whom the mother has never seen, has no idea that this could be the case. The obstetrician promises mountains and mines, points are rolled into their account from the insurance companies, and the pediatrician swims in it. It saves children on the brink of life and death who should never have seen the light of day in that particular hospital. They were to be born in a specialized workplace, where, in addition to erudite obstetricians, super-modern equipped gynecological, obstetrical, and operating rooms, above-standard rooms and all-comprehensive gynecological-obstetrical staff, pediatricians and nurses are also ready to fight and save the sick, disabled, premature and otherwise handicapped babies without adequate professional background.
