The ski jumpers are getting ready for the season with Koudelka, but without Kožíšek

The women are preparing for the season under the leadership of Slovak coach Martin Bayer, who previously worked for American associates and has spent the last three years at the Slovenian club SSK Velenje. At the beginning of the season, Karolína Indráčková and Klára Ulrichová will appear on the bridges, Anežka Indráčková is currently training individually, Veronika Jenčová is only returning after knee ligament surgery.

At the end of his career, 30-year-old Kožíšek succeeded Viktor Polášek, who was six years younger and decided to leave in March. Kožíšek has not been successful in recent years, having last scored in the World Cup in December 2020 in Engelberg. At the Olympic Games in Beijing, he contributed seventh and ninth place in team races, in the individual competition on the middle bridge he would be 29th.

Coach Bajc will lead the national team with Lukáš Hlava, and Jakub Jiroutek will supervise the jumpers at the Continental Cup. Jan Matura finished with the team and is headed to France.

The domestic competition season will begin on June 11 with the races in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, and international competitions will start with the inaugural event of the Summer Grand Prix in Wisła on July 23.
