After collecting 5,285 euros thanks to the raffle which involved 24 “Dante” flocked jerseys, the Gym is launching the auction of jerseys for the OGC Nice – Rennes match, scheduled for Sunday at 1 pm at the Allianz Riviera. As with the raffle money, the funds raised through this auction will be donated to disaster victims of the Roya and Vésubie valleys, via the Partagence association, specializing in helping victims of natural disasters.

Jerseys signed by the players and delivered unwashed

This solidarity auction was launched Wednesday evening on the platform MatchWornShirt.com specialized in this type of operation. Bidders can already register, the auction will start this Sunday from the kick-off of the OGC Nice – Rennes match (1pm). The starting stake for each jersey worn is set at 89 euros. All jerseys will also be signed by the players and will be delivered unwashed but disinfected.

Stade Rennais, same colors and same values ​​as the Gym

Stade Rennais was not chosen at random by OGC Nice to be a partner of this solidarity operation. It was remembered the opponent of Gym on the occasion of the resumption of Ligue 1 in August 2016, a month after the terrible terrorist attack on the Promenade des Anglais, and there are today links strong between Brittany and the Côte d’Azur. A club that shares the same colors and the same values ​​as the Gym.

Other Ligue 1 clubs have already indicated that they want to make a donation for the disaster victims of the valleys.
