The secretary of the Russian Security Council said that the United States will answer for “difficult days” for the country

The secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev, in response to a statement by the US national security adviser Jake Sullivan, warned that the Americans would be held accountable for actions against Russia.

If the United States creates “difficult days” in relations with Russia, the American side will be held responsible. This was stated by TASS Nikolai Patrushev, secretary of the Russian Security Council.

Thus, the official reacted to the statement of the adviser to the President of the United States on national security, Jake Sullivan, who on March 22 broadcast MSNBC stated that the US-Russian relationship is facing “difficult days”because there are issues on which there are “deep disagreements”, and in his opinion, there are actions that need to be answered “decisively.”

Patrushev said that since the United States “predicts, it means that they are planning, and if they are planning, then they can implement it.” According to him, then the Americans will be responsible for the actions that they can perform.

The head of the Security Council assured that Russia did not commit any hostile actions against the United States and is not going to do so in the future.

Russia is committed to constructive cooperation, which would take into account the interests of each of the parties and would be equal, he stressed.

Sullivan stated that “difficult days” are ahead with Russia, since there are issues on which there are “deep disagreements” and, in his opinion, there are actions to which a “decisive response” must be given.
