On August 21, in Andrejsala, the colorful Ukrainian artist Verka Serdučka will perform on the “Wondersalas” stage with this year’s only concert in the Baltics. It is interesting that this date will put the fans of the Ukrainian creative industry in front of a radical choice – on August 21, diametrically opposite artists, the Ukrainian supergroup “Okean Elzy”, will perform in “Arena Riga”.
This time a little more about Verka. The artist will arrive in Riga in full support with his band and the audience is promised a show that will not allow them to sit still for a moment. “The concert show will be exciting both for those who know Verka’s repertoire well and for those who will hear the songs for the first time,” the organizers promise. Verka Serdučka’s concerts are characterized by the glorious mixture of popular hits, humor and live performances full of surprises, which is the reason why the artist has been gathering large audiences in the most prestigious halls and arenas for 30 years.
The visitors of “Wondersalas” will also be able to hear for the first time the new version of the famous Eurovision hit, which will be played only as “Dancing Russia Goodbye” from February 24, 2022. Part of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to help victims in Ukraine.
