The restart from April 26, from restaurants to gyms, here’s what you can do – Politics

From schools in the presence to outdoor restaurants, up to gyms and then the movements between regions: the Government has drawn the road map for the restart of the country. Here are some of the measures announced that should be contained in the next decree, effective from April 26.

YELLOW AREA It is restored after more than a month’s stop. But with some changes compared to the past. Among these, the possibility of moving freely between regions classified in this color and the resumption of various activities, especially outdoors starting from 26 April.

SCHOOL In the yellow and orange zone all the schools will be in attendance. In the red zone lessons in presence up to the eighth grade, while in high school the activity will take place at least 50% in presence.

PASS – The new decree provides for the establishment of a ‘pass’ certifying the existence of one of the following conditions: vaccination occurred, execution of a negative covid test in a time frame to be defined, recovery from Covid. Those who obtain the pass have the possibility to move freely throughout the national territory and to access certain events – cultural and sporting – reserved for those who have them.

MOBILITY’ – The movements will be allowed from April 26 between yellow regions. Moving between regions of different colors will be possible with the ‘pass’, which would in fact anticipate the European ‘green pass’ scheduled for June in the EU on the national territory and which in that case will provide for the movement between EU countries. In all areas the curfew should remain at 10pm.

RESTAURANTS AND BARS – In the yellow zone, from 26 April to the whole month of May, it will be possible to have lunch or dinner only in the catering places with outdoor tables. From 1 June we eat in restaurants with tables indoors only for lunch. Only the takeaway option will be maintained in the orange area, as well as in the red one. In the guidelines drawn up by the Regions, and which will have to be examined by the CTS, a distance of one meter in outdoor or indoor restaurants has been proposed – if the pandemic situation allows it – to increase to two where the condition of spread of the virus is should aggravate.

THEATERS, CINEMAS, MUSEUMS AND FAIRS – From April 26 theaters, cinemas and shows are once again allowed in the yellow outdoor area. Indoor shows will be allowed with the capacity limits set for the halls by the anti-contagion protocols. Museums open in the yellow zone. The fair activities will reopen on July 1st. In the guidelines proposed by the Regions, it was assumed at least one meter of distance – front or side – between spectators at the cinema or theater if they wear a mask and at least two meters away if the provisions provide for not wearing it.

GYMS – From 26 April outdoor sports will be allowed while on 1 June the gyms will also reopen indoors. In the guidelines of the Regions, it was asked to regulate access to equipment, delimiting the areas to ensure at least one meter of distance between people who at that time do not carry out physical activity and at least two meters during physical activity and to avoid physical contact sports.

LIDI, SPA, THEME PARKS AND SWIMMING POOLS – The outdoor pools will reopen on May 15 and should be scheduled for the bathing establishments by the same date. From 1 July the spas and theme parks start again. The guidelines proposed by the Regions require reservations for access to swimming pools and lists to be kept for at least 14 days, as well as stations that allow a distance of at least two meters between people.
