The cheapest fuels are currently refueled by drivers in the Ústí Region. An average of a liter of petrol there costs 27.30 crowns. That’s six pennies more than a week ago. The local petrol stations sell a liter of diesel for an average of 26.62 crowns. It will be four pennies more expensive than a week ago.

On the other hand, the most expensive fuels are offered by pumps in Prague, where a liter of petrol costs an average of 28.58 crowns, which is the same as a week ago. Drivers in the metropolis will refuel a liter of diesel there for 28.28 crowns, which is a penny more than a week ago.

The price of Brent North Sea crude rose 0.9 percent to $ 48.27 a barrel on Wednesday around 17:00 CET. At the same time, US light oil WTI rose by 0.8 percent to $ 45.28 per barrel. On Tuesday, Brent added four percent and WTI even over four percent.
