After the break, Bayern turned to lead in the 48th minute. Lucas Hernandez sends in a cross from the left which Lewandowski can head on.

Goal!! Lewandowski’s header slid into the left corner of Dorrmund’s goal without being dammed by Burki. Bayern winning 2-1.

Dortmund who were left behind appeared to attack in the last 15 minutes of the match. This presents many gaps in their defense.

This situation was put to good use by Bayern in the 80th minute. Lewandowski initiated Die Roten’s counterattack. He then handed the ball to Leroy Sane who moved from the right side.

Goal!! Sane stabs into the penalty box before unleashing a low shot that deludes Burki. Bayern away 3-1.
