August 11, two days after his cry of distress, the association was already exceeding its objective of 2,500 euros: this was the minimum amount it needed to treat the small cats and pay the personnel concerned for adequate protection.
A new reception room
“This amount [NDLR : de 6380 euros] allows us to take care of our kittens, but also to buy all the clothes adapted to this episode of ringworm. We can also rearrange a new reception room for other kittens whose arrival has been delayed “, explains Eliane Rigaux, president of the Périgueux and Dordogne SPA.
Welcoming the support of the Pattes en cavales 24 association, which relayed its appeal for donations, and the veterinary services of the prefecture “for the endowment of equipment”, the Périgueux SPA concludes by specifying that the kittens being treated are doing well , although “many of them don’t like the baths that are practiced every four days”.
