/Pogled.info/ On March 4, the 136th meeting of the Presiding Committee of the Standing Committee of the 13th Chinese National Assembly of People’s Representatives (PC of the National People’s Congress) was held in Beijing. It was chaired by the Chairman of the PC of the National People’s Congress Li Zhanshu.
The participants in the meeting listened to the proposals for the composition of the Presidium and the General Secretary of the first meeting of the 14th OSNP, as well as the report of the discussions of the draft agenda of the OSNP Central Committee General Secretary Yang Zhengu. It was decided to submit them for voting at the preparatory meeting of the first session of the 14th OSNP.
According to the provisions in the Constitution and rules of organization of the OSNP, the meeting of the Chairman’s Council is responsible for the important day-to-day work of the PC of the OSNP.
