The OnePlus 7T Pro has been voted the best smartphone of 2019!

The OnePlus 7T Pro has just been voted best smartphone of the year 2019! Despite the cancellation of the MWC 2020, the GSM Association wanted to award its annual prize to the latest OnePlus flagship. A panel of experts praised in particular its top-flight performance and its ultra-efficient fast charging.

The GSM Association, the consortium of 200 manufacturers and operators that organizes the MWC, elected the OnePlus 7T Pro “Best smartphone of 2019”. Despite MWC 2020 cancellation because of the coronavirus epidemic, the association has released the list of manufacturers and products that have won the Global Mobile Awards. As a reminder, the title of “best smartphone of the year” was awarded to the Huawei Mate 20 Pro last year.

Ultra fast recharging and excellent software interface at a reduced price

“It’s practically unsurpassable from a technological point of view, with an advanced processor, fast load times and excellent software” announces the GSM Association on its official website. The OnePlus 7T Pro indeed guarantees crazy performances thanks to its Snapdragon 855+ processor from Qualcomm coupled with 8 or 12 GB of RAM.

Not surprisingly, it stands out above all from the competition thanks to the Warp Charge 30T, a new fast charging technology. In 30 minutes of charging, it is possible to recover 65% of battery. The GSMA expert panel also discusses OnePlus’ homemade Android overlay, Oxygen OS. Pure and light, the interface is very close to a pure version of Android.

“This is a complete product at an affordable price, the brand should also be recognized for its successful marketing strategy” continues the GSM Association. The OnePlus 7T Pro is indeed released at a price of 759 euros, an attractive price compared to smartphones sold above 1000 euros. What do you think of the GSMA opinion? We await your opinion in the comments.
