In the last 24 hours, the number of new infections with Covid-19 in Russia has reached 14,231, the operative anti-pandemic headquarters announced on Wednesday.
New cases of infection have been registered in 84 out of 85 regions of Russia, but the largest number is still in Moscow, where 4573 infected people have been detected.
At the same time, 239 Covid-19 deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours, including 52 in Moscow.
In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, the number of infections registered in Russia has reached 1,340,409 and the number of deaths has been 23,205.
