In Moscow (Russian Federation), a meeting on Donbass has begun at the level of political advisers to the leaders of the Normandy Four. The meeting is held in a truncated format, since the negotiator from Ukraine, the head of the President’s Office Andriy Yermak, was not invited to it.

It is reported that at this moment the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Dmitry Kozak is holding talks “on an internal Ukrainian settlement” with foreign policy advisers to the leaders of Germany and France – Jens Pletner and Emmanuel Bonn, respectively.
