It’s been a few years since Dino Patti quit his job at Playdead now. The Dane – who helped create both Insode and Limbo at the company – wanted to do something other than its co-founders, and thus started up the new studio Jumpship.
I 2017 we first got to know what they were going to work on – a new game on the same street as the two Playdead games, called Somerville. Then we only got a small taste.
During Xbox’s E3 conference on Sunday night, the game reappeared, with a fresh new and atmospheric trailer. You see it over.
Sommerville will be released in 2022, for Xbox platforms and PCs.
