Over the years, GoPro has continued to perfect the sound formula action cam. The Hero 8 Black is the most successful version to date, but also one of the most expensive. Fortunately, she now enjoys a reduction of 50 euros on its original price.

Compared to the old model, the GoPro Hero 8 Black refines its design. Without frame, but with integrated articulated fixing rods, it is more compact and above all 14% lighter. According to the manufacturer, this new design simplifies the replacement of batteries and SD cards on a daily basis. To follow you always further in your adventures, it also benefits from a more robust design, in particular thanks to its lens twice as resistant to shocks.
The features already known on the GoPro Hero 7 Black are significantly improved. First, HyperSmooth 1.0 upgrades to HyperSmooth 2.0 to provide better image stabilization. In addition, this mode is compatible with all definitions and frequencies (Full HD and 4K at 30, 60 or 120 fps). Then, the TimeWarp function also updates with a version 2.0. This mode supposed to accelerate and stabilize a video to make it more animated and dynamic now offers automatic adjustment of the bit rate as well as a speed bar, controllable via the touch screen.
The GoPro Hero 8 Black also benefits from improved sound thanks to improved wind suppression. In addition, there is a whole string of accessories to transform the action camera into real professional equipment, worthy of production studios (or almost). Sold separately, modular accessories can be added to this new GoPro to add a more efficient microphone, a second screen or even improved lighting.
