France takes back control of Air France KLM, two years after the Dutch state bought in for € 744 million. The Netherlands, currently the second shareholder, will fall back to third place at most, behind the Chinese due to a new share issue. The Netherlands will not participate in the € 1 billion share issue and will dilute its interest to 9%.
