NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg called on the alliance to be ready for any developments in eastern Ukraine.
“What we are seeing now … is a significant, consistent and continuous strengthening of the Russian military presence … There is no clarity on the objectives of such strengthening… Of course, you have to we hope for the best, but we must be prepared for the worst“he commented at a joint press conference in Brussels with the Prime Minister of Bulgaria Kiril Petkov.
Stoltenberg explained that NATO is watching Russia very closely.
