A recent study successfully published the journal RPX Quantum. The journal contains the contents of black hole in a hologram-like universe. There is even an assumption that the entire universe is the same.

From the very beginning, the idea of ​​this study was to take a deeper look at what’s inside a black hole. The mystery is indeed very popular and still cannot be solved.

The study also aims to understand the notion of holographic duality. What is holographic duality?

Holographic duality is a mathematical notion that attempts to relate the theory of particles and interactions to the theory of gravity. Who would have thought, even though it sounds complicated, it is quite interesting.

Combining Two Complicated Theories

Basically, holographic duality explains that the theory of gravity and particles are mathematically similar.

A scientist from the University of Michigan, Enrico Rinaldi focused on both theories to unravel the mystery of the contents of black holes.

“In Einstein’s theory of General Relativity there are no elements of particles, but only space and time. There is also no gravity in the standard model of particle physics, only the particles themselves,” explained Rinaldi.

He finally combined the two theories using the quantum matrix model to further investigate the idea of ​​holographic duality.

Furthermore, according to him combining the two theories is an old problem that scientists have been trying since the last century.

In the initial stage, they will use a simple matrix model of three blocks of numbers. This method is the standard framework in quantum computers and will help find the ground state.

So, using this method, the researchers were able to describe what gravity looks like inside a black hole and reveal whether the universe is really a hologram.
