The Ministry of Defence It wants to release more real estate drag and for this it has put almost a hundred homes on the market.
The lot being auctioned includes homes with prices ranging from 27,000 to 80,000 euros. In addition to flats in the cities of Valladolid and Lleida, properties are also auctioned in Ferrol (A Coruña), Narón and Noia (A Coruña), Medina del Campo (Burgos), Calatayud (Zaragoza), Olot (Girona), Tremp (Lleida) ) and San Fernando (Cádiz). The surface of the houses is very varied: there are some of about 80 m2 to others that are around 140 m2.
The auction is carried out through Invied, the Institute of Housing, Infrastructure and Defense Equipment, which at the end of last year had about 8,500 properties for sale in its portfolio, including homes, lots and commercial premises. In 2018 alone, the organization achieved revenues of more than 80 million euros.
The properties can be visited, as well as check if they are free of charges. The negative part is that they are usually deteriorated, hence the prices are so low.
