The prosecution has already opened a judicial investigation for acts of involuntary injuries, aggravated by the hit-and-run and the excessive speed of the vehicle, in particular with regard to the state of health of the victim, still in serious condition. . Hospitalized at the Center hospitalier de la Côte Basque, in Bayonne, the 14-year-old boy, who suffers from a major head trauma, was plunged back into a coma. Its vital prognosis is however not engaged.
