50-year-old David Isaac said he called the police after seeing a girl in a car on the highway saying “Help me.”

In the past, the media reported that the girl managed to escape thanks to a popular gesture from TikTok, which means asking for help with domestic violence. The channel notes that the Laurel County Sheriff’s office did not respond to a request for comment.
However, it is unknown if anyone other than Isaac called the police.
The girl was reported missing on November 2. How she disappeared is unknown, but with her kidnapper – 61-year-old James Herbert Brick – she traveled through several states.
The man took the teenager to his relatives in Ohio. But when they realized that the girl was underage and wanted, he had already left. Brick was arrested and sent into custody with a bail of $ 10 thousand. When investigators examined his things, they found a photo of a sexual minor on his phone.
