The ninth campaign of the Ratón Pérez Collection Project is launched, the aim of which is to nourish and manage the collection of milk teeth to carry out research in the paleoanthropological and forensic fields.
Thanks to the collaboration of citizens, this initiative has more than 3,600 dental prostheses for boys and girls between the ages of 2 and 15, most of whom come from Spain, although minors from other countries such as Australia or China also collaborate. .

In our city, this ninth edition will take place at the CENIEH facilities, from 26 to 30 September, as part of the “European Researchers’ Night”, as well as during the Science Week to be held in November in Castile and León.

All those interested in donating teeth to the collection must book an appointment and collect the participation form and information on the subject at the CENIEH reception, from 9:00 to 20:00.
In exchange for the teeth, donors will receive a gift and a certificate as assistants to Ratón Pérez and the CENIEH Dental Anthropology Group.
