The list of candidates for the presidency of Juventus

Juventus presented a list for the Juventus presidency which will be decided on January 18th. Three other people are added to the list after the current president Gianluca Ferrero and the general manager Maurizio Scanavino. We recall that John Elkann remains the owner of the club for the moment, through his holding company EXOR.

As expected, the names that will be part of the list presented by Exor, the majority shareholder of Juventus, for the new board of directors that will be voted on January 18th have been made official: they are Fioranna Vittoria Negri, Maurizio Scanavino, Gianluca Ferrero, Diego Pistone and Laura Cappiello. “Turin, 26 December 2022 – In relation to the shareholders’ meeting of Juventus Football Club SpA (“Juventus” or the “Company”) to be held, in ordinary session and on simple call, on 18 January 2023, we inform you that the shareholder EXOR NV, owner of a 63.8% stake in the Juventus share capital, presented a list of candidates for the appointment of the board of directors.
