He appeared in the video explaining these foods, which are: “Leafy vegetables such as spinach, celery, and carrots, because they contain nitrate, which turns into nitrosamine upon repeated heating. This is a carcinogenic substance and leads to the oxidation of the iron found in spinach, resulting in free radicals that cause infertility and cancer.”
He went on to explain: “When eggs are heated repeatedly, the composition of the proteins changes. Likewise, repeatedly heating rice activates bacteria responsible for stomach and colon infections, and leads to bloating, gas, indigestion, constipation, and diarrhea.”
