The head of the Polish Military Contingency will also express words of thanks to members of election commissions in the country and abroad, police officers, public administration employees and candidates.

Sylwester Marciniak informed that the National Electoral Commission received voting results from 27,168 out of 27,229 districts, i.e. 99.78 percent.

According to these data, Andrzej Duda will receive 43.67 percent support. (8,412,183 votes), for Rafa Trzaskowski 30.34 percent (5,845,164 votes). These two candidates will face the second round of July 12.

The next places in the presidential election were: Szymon Hoownia – 13.85 percent (2,667,655 votes), Krzysztof Bosak – 6.75 percent (1,300,923 votes), Wadysaw Kosiniak-Kamysz – 2.37 percent (457,092 votes), Robert Biedro – 2.21 percent (425,734 votes), Stanisawek – 0.23 percent (45,092 votes), Marek Jakubiak – 0.17 percent (33 294 votes), Pawe Tanajno – 0.14 percent (27,610 votes), Waldemar Witkowski – 0.14 percent (26,877 votes) and Mirosaw Piotrowski – 0.11 percent (20,944 votes).

The turnout was – according to partial data – 64.4 percent.
