Cristiano Ronaldo invited fans to Old Trafford, as an apology had hit him. The boy refused to come.
Ronaldo was involved in an incident with a fan after Manchester United lost 0-1 to Everton at Goodison Park, Saturday (9/4/2022). CR7 hit a fan’s hand when he entered the stadium aisle.
As a result of Ronaldo’s punch, the Everton fan boy’s hand, known as Jake Harding, was bruised. His cell phone was also crushed because it slammed into the asphalt.
The incident was immediately investigated. Ronaldo himself later apologized, inviting the boy to Old Trafford as an apology.
However, Jake refused. The mother, Sarah Kelly, insisted her son would not come to fulfill the invitation Cristiano Ronaldo to Old Trafford.
“Why should I go to Old Trafford? Why should ‘the Blue’ be [mengunjungi] “The Red One ‘?” He told Sky Sports.
“If she [Ronaldo] Sincerely, I think he should have turned around at the time of the incident, took Jake’s phone and said, ‘Sorry’.
‘That was the biggest joke to me,’sportmanship‘. When you can do that to a 14-year-old boy, it’s not sportsmanship at all.”
