In her explanation, the judge pointed out that the drafting of a full judgment was delayed both by the circumstances of the case – the size and complexity of the case, as well as the workload and its unpredictability, change of assistant judge, frequent change of court clerks. The judge’s state of health has also delayed the drafting of a full judgment.
