Able to show the farthest galaxy

In fact, astronomers were already able to see various types of galaxies that existed billions of years ago. Even so, JWST itself was able to break the record for seeing the most distant galaxy ever captured by human technology. This galaxy is 350 million years after the Big Bang.

This galaxy is actually quite surprising to astronomers because it looks much brighter than expected. This galaxy also does not seem to have order solar system, and therefore requires further attention from experts to study it.

JWST has been shown to be able to detect the atmospheric contents of planets. On the planet WASP-39b, for example, JWST saw the presence of water vapor and sulfur dioxide in its atmosphere.

Detecting the contents of this planet’s atmosphere is important if humans are to find other habitable planets. JWST is not only able to detect the composition contained in the planet’s atmosphere, but it is also able to see the interaction between the planet’s atmosphere and the light of the stars that surround it.

JWST is also used to study planets in our galaxy, such as Neptune, Jupiter and Uranus. With its advanced technology, JWST is able to capture very clear images of the auroras on the planet Jupiter and the rings of Neptune.
