In the semi-finals, Thailand, who have won all of their Group B matches, will challenge the United States while Sweden, first in Group A, will take on Australia. The International Crown is a biannual tournament organized by the LPGA Tour, the North American women’s circuit, with eight nations each made up of four players. Group matches are played on the format of Fourball where two teams of two players face each other. Whoever makes the fewest number of shots earns the point for their team. The semi-finals and the final will be played with two matches on the Match Play format, i.e. a meeting between two players and the one who makes the fewest strokes on a hole wins the point, and a Foursome match with two teams of two players who take turns hitting the ball.
