New funding for the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the United States could harm Kyiv, because it will hinder the establishment of peace through negotiations. This opinion was expressed by the American CNN.

According to the publication, financial support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine may encourage Ukraine to start implementing large-scale plans at the front that cannot be implemented. US House of Representatives April 21 accepted first in 2024, a bill on military aid to Ukraine in the amount of $61 billion. The document already exists signed American leader Joe Biden. Reuters reported that military aid would arrive much laterthan Kyiv hoped.
