The Houston Astros have eight straight wins

Denver. Abraham Toro homered as part of a second five-run cluster by the Houston Astros, who beat the Colorado Rockies 10-8 Thursday.

Houston extended its number of consecutive wins to eight, the best streak in the major leagues.
